Yoga Therapy
A personalized mind-body experience integrating movement, breath regulation, and mindfulness to support physical, emotional, and psychological health.
What yoga therapy addresses
Yoga therapy is particularly effective for people experiencing:
- Stress and burnout
- Anxiety and chronic worry
- Depression and low mood
- Trauma-related symptoms and PTSD
- Chronic pain and physical tension
- Emotional dysregulation
- Difficulty with self-regulation and nervous system recovery
By working with the body as well as the mind, yoga therapy supports lasting change in ways that talk therapy alone sometimes cannot.

Common questions
Do I need yoga experience to attend?
No experience is needed. Both individual sessions and the group class are accessible to complete beginners. Tatihana adapts every practice to the individual, not the other way around.
How is yoga therapy different from a regular yoga class?
A yoga class is designed for a group and follows a general sequence. Yoga therapy is a therapeutic modality — sessions are individually tailored to address specific physical, emotional, or psychological goals, in close collaboration with your therapist. It draws on clinical and psychological knowledge as well as yoga practice.
What should I wear or bring?
Comfortable, stretchy clothing you can move in. Mats and props are provided. For the group class, arrive a few minutes early the first time.
